RESPONSIBILITIES:
DOMESTIC:
· Knowing our products inside and out and from time to time.
· Communicate with new and existing clients for business through various channels.
· Provide solutions and recommendations to meet client’s financial goal
· Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
· To establish sales strategy with superior based on past requirements and future market trends
· Attend to sales enquiries, orders, customer feedback and prepare for quotations.
· To follow up the order progress and control time schedule with production section in order to achieve the sales’ target.
· To report your sales activities to your superior
INTERNATIONAL:
· Develop and implement long term business strategies and marketing plan for international market
· Business development and sales management for international sales to growth the sales and improve profitability
· Ensure consistent market intelligent for related product
· Anticipate changes in the market environment as early as possible
REQUIREMENTS:
· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Economics / Engineering or equivalent.
· At least 1 to 2 years working experience in relevant field
· Preferable Chinese Candidates
· Language Skill: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (Advantage)
· Positive and willing to learn.
· Consists of valid driving license and able to travel for work purposes when necessary.
· Goal-oriented, disciplined, self-motivated with an entrepreneur mindset.
· Excellent leadership, communication skills and passionate in customer management
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Full time position and immediately available.
